At the invitation of the Ministry for Diaspora Affairs and Ariel University, Victor Kipiani, Chairman of Geocase, will join a delegation of international leaders as part of the “Insight Israel: Welcoming Global Academic Leaders” program, scheduled to take place from March 15-19, 2026, in Israel.

The program brings together prominent institutional leaders from across the world to engage with Israeli research institutions, and policy stakeholders. The initiative aims to strengthen international partnerships while fostering dialogue for addressing contemporary geopolitical, technological, and societal challenges.
 

Throughout the visit, participants will gain in-depth exposure to Israel’s innovation-driven research environment, and the broader policy context in which Israeli institutions operate.

Within the framework of the program, participants will hold meetings with representatives of government institutions, members of the policy community, and leading research centers.

The forum is expected to serve as a high-level platform for strategic dialogue, relationship-building, and the advancement of long-term academic, policy, and research cooperation between international partners.
