Global Communications Manager
vtopouria@geocase.geVictor Topouria works with Geocase to help shape international and public-facing narratives, manage reputational risk, and position the organization as a trusted voice in an increasingly complex regional and global environment. He brings years of cross-sector experience in strategic communications, messaging, and high-level stakeholder engagement.
Victor began his career at the consulting firm High Lantern Group in Los Angeles, California, where he worked with global NGOs and Fortune 500 companies across the energy, tech, telecom, hospitality, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors. His work spanned narrative development, risk and reputation strategy, and translating complex regulatory, political, and social issues into actionable communications. During his tenure, he also helped coordinate a high-level Global Forum of business, policy, and healthcare leaders working together to address the workplace mental health crisis.
Earlier, he gained global agency experience as a public relations intern at McCann Worldgroup in Hong Kong, contributing to an integrated communications campaign for a multinational consumer goods brand. Complementing his corporate advisory work, Victor also has practical, on-the-ground experiences in logistics, sales, fundraising, and at the healthcare frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences honed his ability to adapt messaging to diverse cultural and organizational contexts, particularly in moments of crisis and uncertainty.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri, where he graduated magna cum laude in the top 10 percent of his class, after which he was awarded the U.S. State Department’s Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) for intensive language study in Russia. He recently completed a Master’s degree in History and International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where his research focused on the interplay between post-Cold War geopolitics, institutional decision-making, and public trust.
Victor is fluent in Georgian, English and Russian and has a working proficiency of Spanish.
