Geocase Welcomes Ambassador Karlo (Kaha) Sikharulidze to Its Board of Advisors

Geocase is delighted to announce the newest addition to its esteemed Advisory Board, Ambassador Karlo (Kaha) Sikharulidze.
 

Having embarked on his diplomatic career in 1993 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, he has gained an extensive track record in diplomacy including several key positions that have shaped his impressive knowledge of international relations and policy.
 

Kaha Sikharulidze's distinguished experience includes serving as:
 

- First Secretary of the Department of International Organizations;
- Deputy Head of NATO Division of the Department of International Organizations;
- Consul of the Embassy of Georgia in Ankara;
- Political Counselor of the Embassy of Georgia in Athens;
- Head of the OSCE Division in the Department of International Organizations;
- Director of the Department of Culture;
- Director of the Department of Information and Public Relations;
- Official representative (Spokesperson) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia;
- Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia;
- Deputy Secretary of the Council of National Security of Georgia;
- First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia;
- Director of the Middle East and Africa department.
 

Moreover, Ambassador Sikharulidze served as an Ambassador of Georgia in Czech Republic, China, Italy, Malta, and San Marino.
 

His dedication and achievements have earned him the status of an honorary member of the Diplomats Association of Italy.
 

From March 24, 2021, to September 1, 2023, Ambassador Sikharulidze served as Georgia's First Deputy Minister of Culture, Sport, and Youth.

Ambassador Sikharulidze is also a highly accomplished scholar, holding a Doctor of Philology degree and authoring the book "Journalism of Vazha-Pshavela" published in 1990 in Tbilisi.
