Luka Okropirashvili Joins Geocase as Research Fellow

Geocase is pleased to announce that Luka Okropirashvili has joined the organisation as a Research Fellow. Luka is currently pursuing a BA in International Relations and Affairs at Webster University, specialising in political economy, global governance, and international security.

Through his academic journey, Luka has built a strong foundation in analysing complex international issues, understanding policy frameworks, and evaluating the dynamics of global political and economic systems. His educational background is complemented by practical knowledge gained through academic and professional experiences in the United States, Belgium, and Georgia, which have broadened his perspective on international relations and security studies.

Beyond academia, Luka has actively engaged in research, writing, and policy analysis through collaborations with think tanks, media organisations, and editorial platforms. These experiences have allowed him to contribute informed perspectives on international affairs, global challenges, and regional developments.

“Geocase is delighted to welcome Luka to our team,” said Victor Kipiani, Chairman of the think tank. “His academic achievements, international exposure, and practical expertise in research and analysis will enrich our work and further strengthen our mission of fostering informed dialogue on global and regional issues.”
