Geocase Chairman Victor Kipiani has been invited to participate as a speaker at the upcoming international forum titled “Armenia-Georgia Strategic Partnership: Towards New Horizons of Cooperation,” taking place on June 18–20, 2025.
Representing Geocase, Chairman Victor Kipiani will speak at a panel on “New Geopolitical Realities and Regional Cooperation.” The session will explore the changing dynamics in the South Caucasus and the broader region, highlighting how emerging alliances, global competition, and new security challenges are reshaping regional cooperation. Discussions will address the implications of recent conflicts, the role of international actors, and opportunities for multilateral collaboration in promoting stability and resilience.
The panel will also analyze the consequences of recent conflicts, the shifting roles of major international actors, and the potential for multilateral engagement. Emphasis will be placed on how regional stakeholders - such as Georgia and Armenia - can effectively navigate these complexities to promote stability, resilience, and strategic partnerships across the region.
In addition to thematic panels, the forum will feature a keynote address by a senior Armenian government official, as well as a roundtable discussion dedicated to the current state of Armenia-Georgia relations. This session will focus on education, cultural ties, academic exchange, and media representation, bringing together scholars, civil society figures, and communication experts to discuss avenues for deepening mutual understanding.
